I found a solution but it is cumbersome. First you need imazing and to pay for the app. Do a local backup of the phone on iTunes or finder, next open imazing and you will see the backup under old backups. Click it and make an editable backup. Now navigate to files system, apps, calculator+, then copy your library folder to the computer. All your pics will be there.

That is not an Apple app. You need to contact the developer for support.
I’ve just used a program on my MacBook called imazing, it allowed me to open up my back ups and take the files out of the calculator app, then copy them to my MacBook. Got all the files back.
Actually my bad I thought you had calculator+. That’s the developer for that app. You will need to contact the developer for vault.
Contact the app developer. They need to fix it.
Updating,
I have done another backup using ITunes, following Fireman24’s post, eventually I found my files! But they are under com.agilitech.spycalcfree/documents/
(not library)
The reason they are in different paths, I think they all called the same name ‘ calc+’, but maybe from different developers.
thanks you Fireman24, great help, much appreciated!
See this, How to contact an app developer - Apple Support, and Apple does not support downgrading iOS. There are no older iOS that you can downgrade to, they are no longer being signed.
In imazing open the backup, click make the backup editable. Now go to files, apps, calculator and it’s there in the library
I was able to retrieve my passwords and pictures from Calculator+ by doing a backup of my iPhone on iTunes. Then I purchased the extractor program Reincubate. (39.95 reincubate.com) (I tried the free version but it only allows you 4 free downloads and I had more files than that.) My passwords were saved as a SQLite file so I purchased SQLite Viewer ($2.99).
With these two programs, I was able to retrieve my list of passwords (I had to use the snipping tool to copy and paste so I could print them out) and get my photos. I didn't have any other files than that. I hope this helps someone else. I was freaking out about losing all of my passwords but now feel so much better to have them back.
Seems the developer dumped that app some time back and went on to a different app for a vault with In-App purchases and a newer password app. I didn't find anything on how to contact her. The app would have to be working for you to find the contact information within the app.
The message you are getting has nothing to do with the privacy requirements which she hasn't met for her other two apps but sounds more like it was a 32 bit app.
Omg for about 2 years I’ve not been able to access my pictures. That’s to this thread I’ve got them all back !! Can only transfer over 10 on free version of imazing so have to pay £40 for full version. It was so easy. Thank you
This is the developer of the app https://zerocoolapps.weebly.com/
Read the entire thread, Apple had nothing to do with this, the developer of the app abandoned it.
