I managed to delete the fitness app icon, I can still get to the app from the library, how can I restore the app icon so that I can get to the app from the "main" screen?

Yep I can do that but then it still doesn’t appear as an app in settings. So I can’t then change the privacy or other settings to take full advantage of my watch. Eg no cardio readings.
