Missing fonts in numbers, pages

Every time I open a Numbers file I get a message saying that there are missing fonts, "Arial", "HelveticaNeue", etc. I have tried to correct the error (by replacing those fonts with the same thing), but every time I open those documents I get the same thing! The same thing occurs with Pages.

I am running the Apple Silicon (M1) version (in case that makes a difference).

I have the MicroSoft specific font named Cambria. I got rid of that (I substituted it for Arial), and that got rid of my problem! It would be nice IF ONLY THOSE FONTS WHICH WERE IN ERROR got reported!
