Can I add "AppleCare plus" in Australia which the phone was purchased in Korea?

I am planning to buy iPhone 12 pro max in Korea, However, I will be using the phone in Australia.

I would like to add AppleCare plus to the new phone.

Is it possible to add Australia's AppleCare plus?

or is it possible to use AppleCare plus in Australia that I add it in Korea?

Does AppleCare+ provide world wide coverage? Could someone clarify if an iPhone has international warranty coverage? In addition, what about AppleCare+ for iPhone? Can I get service under AC+ in a country different from the one where it was purchased? Thanks!
