That's not true, the wide angle lens is used daily by many people without issue, but it is true it is slower than the normal lens and so more noise will appear if a scene is not well lit.

Me and my girlfriend are having the exact same problem when taking videos! With pictures it’s not as blurry because there is more post-processing going on. This is not “Pro” at all!

What are you trying to get smart with me for? I just told you the conditions were not dark for the test. I'm sitting here in a well-lit office.

Not getting smart, but as a professional photographer you know what you consider to be well lit has little to nothing to do with what a camera's sensor and lens see as "well lit."

Strange because the tele is 2.2 aperture ans it's not as noisy as the wide angle (2.4)

You just described exactly why; f/2.2 is a larger aperture than f/2.4, and thus the telephoto lens has a larger aperture than the wide angle lens and lets in more light.

Its obviously not normal because im not the only person having this issue and it will be fixed.

Yes but why are they so different in term of noise for such a slight difference?

I couldn't tell you that; it may just be it happens to be where the light threshold for the sensor lies.

So do you usually leave the lights in your studio untouched when moving from an f/1.6 lens to an f/2.4 using the same shutter speed?

Then it's not surprising you see an issue as the normal lens is f/1.6 and the ultra-wide angle lens is f/2.4.
