I am trying to restore an older version of a iphone. We got it from my little sister and she does not remember the passcode and I followed the instructions on how to restore it so we can use it. And it says it can not restore and update the phone with (4010)
We wanted to use this for our son so he has a way to contact us and to be able to play games on it
