Does Apple TV model A1469 support HBO MAX?

I can't find the App Store or HBO MAX on my Apple TV..

That is a 3rd gen which does not run apps nor have the ability to run TVOS and by extension the app store. You would need an Apple TV HD (4th gen) or 4k (5th gen) in order to have that capability. However, should any app support airplay you can use that on your iPhone/iPad and stream from there to Apple TV.
