When I set up my intercom feature in the Home app, I can make it work for about a minute, but then it drops and resets as if it has never been set up. Both my HomePod and my iPhone XS are up to date on iOS 14.2. This same thing happens on the other phone in my 'home'.
Everyone is on the same network as well.
Does anyone know a fix for this issue? Thanks!

You seem to be experiencing the same issue I am having. I go to Home Settings > Intercom and switch everyone on that should have access to Intercom. It works for a minute or 2. The little Intercom icon appears on the top right. Then it just disappears and everyone that I turned on for Intercom access is now turned off.
Everyone is on 14.2 and seem to have all the needed setting and security options on.

Unfortunately I still haven't been able to solve this issue. While I do manage to occasionally get a few hours out of it before it resets, usually it it is a matter of minutes before I it disappears.
