Airpods

When i open the airpods case, the light doesn't turn on. In case i plug it in, the light turns on, green, it means that the case is charge. At the same time when i insert the airpods in ghe case, ghe light turns green for 2-3 seconds, after that it closes again and still remains continous.

I tried a factory reset, since then i can no longer sync airpods with any phones. I can't find the airpods via bluetooth like the airpods appear to be closed or unloaded, no more animation, no more anything.
