iCloud

I recent backed up my photos on iCloud and deleted them from my photos on my phone to create more space. I am now looking at photos on iCloud and al my phones are gone. I also cleaned up my deleted folder for more space

Did you happen to look in the Recently Deleted folder? If they're not there, they are permanently gone.

I can’t find some of my photos I deleted on my phone in iCloud I have taken pics on my phone and made sure I updated it to iCloud. Photos stored on iCloud for 1 year were automatically deleted I had bought 200 GB of iCloud memory, for 1 year I uploaded photos from the device to iCloud and kept them there, of course I deleted everything on the phone. I checked today and everything on icloud is deleted, about 3000 photos/videos. Only what I have on my phone is on iCloud. Please help me!
