Viber msgs

I can enter the viber app, but I can`t read my messages; it`s only `incoming message preview`.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Thnx!

Help me with Viber Hello! Recently there was a problem. If my Viber is not open, then messages do not come. When the phone is locked or I use other applications, messages do not come. The sender has one tick instead of two, as if the message was not delivered. It's not about the lack of notifications, it's about the lack of message delivery if the phone is in sleep mode or I use other applications. I uninstalled and reinstalled Viber, checked that all notifications are active, but nothing helps. Help!

Viber takes a while to load when creating a new message and also restoring keeps crashing Viber on my iphone 12 pro max takes a while to load when I need to create a new message i.e it takes a while for the names to appear when creating a new message and when I delete and install the app, viber keeps crashing when i try and restore.

Try the following and see if it sorts the issue out

Do a "Hard Reset" on both the iPhone and Apple Watch

Try deleting the APP and do a new reinstall
