Someone borrowed my iPhone to try and find theirs, and totally deleted my appleid. Is there a way to recover this, or at least remove the subscriptions that are still going on an email I cannot access. Thank you
You can also use a computer to cancel subscriptions:

As long the Activation Lock on your device is still active, it can't be set up with a different Apple ID.
If you still have control over your Apple ID, try to change at least the password:
