Find the ID of My old I phone

This is Wafa

i received SMS of purchase cost 3.69 RS from apple.com/bill monthly.

i have checked the ID of my mac computer but there was no subscription.

I tried to open the old iphone device but i could not access it, the i phone asked me to use the i cloud ID, i use this iCloud ****@ Icloud.com but i could not access.

i think i forget the ID of my iPhone

could you please help to stop the subscription.
