My lost subscription

I recently changed phones and apple asked for my email address and it took me to another apple username and now my apple musi and other stuff I pay for isn’t a part of my account

I need to recover my Apple ID that is listed under subscriptions in my phone. For some reason there are two Apple ids associated with my account t I need to recover my Apple ID that is listed under subscriptions in my phone. It is different than the Apple ID at the top of my settings.For some reason there are two Apple ids associated with my account. They did a password reset Request at the store but the email from Apple says they won’t be sending the information until November 10. I use an app as my job and I cannot wait until November 10. Is there any way around this?
