Resolved - Cannot receive calls from No Caller ID

I missed calls from No Caller ID for a job interview after getting a new Iphone SE (same SIM as before in older Iphone).

The calls went straight to voicemail and didn't ring on my phone just straight to a notification on the 'Phone' app.

In order to fix this I ensured that Do not disturb, Aeroplane mode and Silence Unknown Callers were OFF.

I still could not receive calls.

I noticed that my Screen time limits limit the people who can contact me whilst I'm using my phone. This is a setting that is automatically put in place after I had got my new phone.

I went to Setting > Screen Time > Communication Limits > Allowed Communication During Screen Time > Changed from 'Contacts Only' to 'Everyone'.

This may be a new feature on updates as I've never had this problem before.
