Before upgrading to WatchOS 7.1, when an iCloud email notification arrived, I could read the entire mail message and delete it right there, if I wanted. Now, after upgrading to 7.1 only the very first part of the message is displayed and the only option to click is "Dismiss." I'd like to get back to the previous functionality.

After I discovered that I couldn't access email messages from my Apple Watch I decided to try unpairing my watch and pairing it again. After doing that I could access my emails and I can now read entire email messages when they come in as notifications and then delete them (or dismiss, mark as unread) as you used to be able to do. Problem solved.

Tap on the notification, read it then at the very bottom you can trash it or dismiss it.
That’s how it used to work for me prior to 7.1. Now the message is truncated and only “Dismiss” is available.
