gmail

since the last IOS update, whenever I get a gmail/email, all I get to see on the watch is a notification that I have a new message. In the past, I was able to see the entire email. Is this something permanent, or is there a setting that I've overlooked, to get it back to be able to see the whole message? Thanks!
