POWERBEATS FLASHING WHITE LIGHT

My powerbeats headphones are showing power and fully charged, however, all I am getting is three flashing lights and am not able to connect? How can I troubleshoot this issue, I have tried reseting a couple times and no luck. Thanks.

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to connect and use your Powerbeats, even after trying resetting them. To help with this, please make sure the firmware is up to date, and then contact Apple directly if you need any further assistance.



Update the firmware of your Beats product
