My powerbeats headphones are showing power and fully charged, however, all I am getting is three flashing lights and am not able to connect? How can I troubleshoot this issue, I have tried reseting a couple times and no luck. Thanks.

To help with this, please make sure the firmware is up to date, and then contact Apple directly if you need any further assistance.
