When snoozing a calendar alert my only option is "snooze". In previous versions I was able to hold down the snooze button to allow to choose how long I wanted to snooze the alert. That functionalility seems to be gone in Big Sur (macOS 11.0.1). Am I missing something?

For what it's worth I opened a support ticket with Apple and talked to an advisor. Nothing may come of it but it's worth a shot. I also filled out the feedback link you sent to me. If I hear anything positive I'll update the post.
For a minute I thought it was just me and that I was simply not understanding how to do it in Big Sur. For what it's worth I'll log a support ticket and see what happens.
I just upgraded to a new MBP and am sorely disappointed in the disappearance of this functionality :( Any suggestions for workarounds or 3rd party apps that might be able to replicate it?

Apple removed it, I have no idea why. Probably because it was a very useful feature that people liked. They seem to do this all the time.
