Why does it show only one of my AirPods are in the case when they both are
both of my AirPods are in its case but it says only one is. When I go to listen to music I can only hear it out of one of my AirPods.

take out the AirPod that says it’s not in the case and close the case for 10 seconds, then put the AirPod back in and close the case for 10 seconds and then open it and try again
