Kernel Panics on Macbook M1 & 16 MBP HALP!

Previously my maxed out 16 MBP was having constant kernel panics when importing Canon R5 1080, 4k & 8k footage into adobe premiere. Adobe pointed at Apple which recommended throwing a new logic board at the issue to see if it fixed it.

So, I bought a stock M1 to use until it can be repaired and now that has had 3 kernel panics since I bought it. I wasn't running premiere at the time so I'm wondering if the issue is persisting across machines. Typing this on my Logitech K811 was very slow at first and I'm wondering if it could be the culprit. 2 months and 24+ support hours and 2 laptops ($6K) into this issue. I would appreciate any insights into these kernel panics. System information and panic logs below.

Apple support says they do not diagnose kernel panics. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ HALP!

Thanks for taking a look.

To date, Big Sur has been responsible for far more problems with these new Macs than Apple-Silicon M1 processor.
id you upgrade your adobe Apps for use under Big Sur? the old ones will not work properly.

The 16" is running Mac OS Catalina. That is where I am having the issues with Premiere . The MBP M1 is running the latest version of Premiere. See attached Adobe has not yet updated for apple silicon, ETA is 2021. Downgrading to Premiere 13 helped with the import kernel panics, but the issue sometimes persists when browsing large folders of R5 footage in the thumbnail preview view.

You have three completely unrelated kernel panics, none of which points to specific software. That suggests a possible RAM memory issue, or other Hardware fault. Try running the diagnostic.

Will do.
