MacBook Pro won't boot, No safe mode/recovery/diagnostic modes

Wall of text warning!

My wife's MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013) is not booting at all. It started when my wife was using the Windows mode of boot camp and the battery died while running windows. I've had all sorts of issues since then. To get anything to power on at all, I have to press the power button, unplug the laptop, then hold the power button as I plug the power back in. It will turn on, but with the fans on high all the time. It will go about 75% of the boot bar with the Apple logo, then will reboot itself over and over again. It has boot camp with Windows, but Windows will just sit and spin and not load as well. If I try to run go into recovery (Command-R) then it acts as if I'm not pressing anything. When I load the internet recovery (Command-Option-R), it lets me choose the wireless network, goes to the world loading screen, then reboots. No error messages, recovery mode, or anything. When I run the diagnostics (D), it gives me this error:

"

Error: 0x8000000000000003, Cannot Load 'EFI/Drivers/TestSUpport.efi'

Status: 0x00000003

"

I can boot into the single-user mode, and when I run the /sbin/fsck -fy command to fix the disk, I got the response:

"...

I looked up the apfs time, and the current time for the machine was incorrect, so I corrected it using the date -u {month}{day}{minute}{hour}{year} (2-digits each) and re-verified with the date command, and it was corrected, but I am still unable to get into recovery mode, normal boot, or even windows via boot camp.

How do I fix these issues and get the Mac Book Pro to boot up again? I've been googling, but I can't seem to find a way to get anything fixed or working other than the apfs time errors.
