When I go to the Home App I can see the Intercom Icon in the upper right corner.
But when I go to options -> Intercom the only option to select to receive Intercom-messages is "never".
Have I missed any permissions dialog?

I figured it out. In the Settings app go to Privacy, then Location Services, then Home and set it to “While Using the App”. This worked for me. You should then have the other options for intercom in the Home app.

I’m having the same issue, but with my wife’s phone. It looks like I gave her all of the permissions and I set everything up correctly, but her only option is “never”.
any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
