Beats solo pro Baterry status problem

Hello,

i Have brand new Beats solo pro.

i think i have some kind of problems with my battery status. Iphone battery widget and led status on headphones doesnt have the same battery status, its like 30% difference. I have tried to reset the headphones and iphone, and its not helping.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with your Beats Solo Pro battery. It sounds like you are seeing a discrepancy between battery readings.


Resetting the headphones was a good step: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones.


Are you able to test another pair of Beats to see if the same issue occurs? You could also try testing these with another iPhone.


If it doesn't occur, it's possible your Beats will require service: Beats Repair and Service.
