I have iphone 8plus fully updated. My sounds on sending or receiving emails no longer work. Been like it a while now. Been to settings notifications and settings mail and reset everything but still it doesnt work. Anyone had this and found a solition?

Have you tried the following locations on your iPhone?:
Open Settings ➔ Sounds & Haptics ➔ New Mail : Select the sound that you would like to hear. The default is DING. You can also check on Sent Mail (right below New Mail) and ensure that there is a sound associated with it. The default is SWOOSH.
The above instructions are ONLY for the Mail app that comes with your iPhone. If you are using another app for your emails then please let us know.
