Family Sharing Issue

My mom has accepted my invitation to family sharing, however, her iPhone 11 does not seem to be recognizing the iCloud storage I have purchased. She is unable to back up the phone because she is out of storage. Her iCloud setting is on. Please help!

Are you certain she accepted your invitation? If she did, you should see her under your Settings > Name > iCloud > Family Sharing.
