Hi I’ve bought a new iPhone 12 pro (bought directly from Apple over 24 months) which I’ve received today however when I bought it I requested wanting a trade-in for my old iPhone 8 Plus. Will a trade-in kit be sent me separately as it never came with the iPhone 12 pro? Many thanks
