connecting to itunes

I have the iPhone 12 and when I connect my phone to my computer with a cable, I get a prompt on my phone to either Trust or Do Not Trust. When I click Trust I enter my Devices Passcode and that's it. Sometimes my computer will recognize it is there and I can see my phone in the Device Manager but not in iTunes.

Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes on the computer.
