Keyboard Service Program For 2017 MacBook Pro

So a few years ago I purchased the 2017 MacBook Pro 15-Inch from Best Buy, and it was not until recently that I realized there was such a thing called the Keyboard Service Program. Apparently if your MacBook applies to the list of models you get a keyboard replacement free of charge, which is great. But my question is if it's a little too late for me to bring my laptop in for a replacement? I've had several minor hardware issues for quite some time now, such as the right side of the touch bar having a green flickering display, and two of my keyboard keys are so loose that when I type it bounces out of its placement. Quite annoying especially since I have online classes now. I know my model applies to the list, but is it still eligible for the program replacement free of charge? Thanks in advance.
