Dark blue screen on MacBook Pro

My MacBook Pro is stuck on a dark blue colored screen, I’ve tried restarting it but each time it turns of it powers back on and stays dark blue. My computer was working fine until out of nowhere it stopped working. If I click on the Touch ID it says “username” but other than that nothing else happens... can anyone help???

Hey there Brithe_bee,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that your MacBook Pro's display is loading to a blue screen. We'd like to help so you can continue using it successfully.

You mentioned that you have restarted your MacBook, but it doesn't resolve the issue. Have you tried to Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac? If not, that can help. If you still see the blue screen, you can try to Start up your Mac in safe mode. Is the screen blue when in safe mode? If not, reboot your Mac and see if this issue is resolved.

Hope this helps!
