Cmd + x doesn't work on finder

Hi everyone, with Big Sur I've noticed that the shortcut cmd + x doesn't work anymore.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

"Show Finder search window" spotlight shortcut no longer working since upgrading to Big Sur Spotlight search shortcut works fine, but the "Show Finder search window" one will not work no matter what keys I bind to it. Can still launch a new window when the Finder is selected by using the usual ⌘N. Have already tried checking and unchecking the shortcut to disable and re-enable. Have tried a variety of key assignments. Can successfully change the Show Spotlight search shortcut to anything I want, but no key combo will launch the Finder Search window. Any help would be appreciated as this is a feature I use constantly.

macOS Big Sur (Command + Tab) does not show the Finder App anymore Pressing Command + Tab to switch between open applications works fine except it does not show me the default Finder App anymore. I tried to reboot the laptop but still same issue. Of course if I click the Finder App directly from the Dock, the Finder Window open but still even with the Finder Window open, if I click the Command + Tab I still can not see the Finder App icon among the current running applications. This is not a managed device, it is my personal laptop without any managed profiles installed. I did not run any command line to hide anything.

Because macOS was not written, or subcontracted to Microsoft. Windows uses control+X in Explorer, but Apple never went there. See the macOS User Guide.

It never has.

If you want to move a Finder Item, copy it and paste while holding down the Option key (cmd-opt-V).
