I replaced my old IPhone 8 Plus with Iphone 11 in early this year.
Performed restore of data to the new Iphone 11. Recently some apps notify me that my iphone 11 is jailbreak. How can it be ? How can i check ? And if it really jailbreak, how can i remove it ?

if you didn't jailbreak your iPhone then it's not jailbroken.
This issue has been common for apps that have not updated to work with iOS 14.
Likely banking apps I'm guessing?
you can reach out to app developers and ask them when they are going to update their app
