My Mac shows this random squares some times.

My screen is okay, so its not because its broken or something.

Does anyone know what is it?

Hello Tech_Repair,

We see that your Mac is showing some anomalies on the screen. There can be a few causes for this, with some being hardware related. So we'd recommend running a diagnostic check to check for any obvious errors. Here's how:

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If you receive any errors, we'd recommend that you Get Support from Apple in your region.
