I was formatting my mac and while I was reinstalling big sur mac asked me for wi-fi connection I was connected to wi-fi befıre going to recouvery mode and now I can’t re-install big sur. The wi-fi icon on the upper right doesn’t show up and I am stuck on this screen.

If you made a USBbootable installer— you can try there. It may also ask for a WiFi.
In this case you can drag the installer from your USB to the Applications folder.
