Cannot reach anyone at Apple

Hi, I just bought a new iphone, now the delivery takes several weeks which is already frustrating but I would need the invoice immediately but there is no way to contact someone. They provide a phone number but after you spend 10 minutes with a robot you got hung up. Does anyone now an email adress where I can communicate with a person or at least to a machine that is helpful and is not just wasting my time?
