Since updating to Big Sur, I can't find how to expand a conversation in Mail.
There used to be an arrow on the left of a thread I could click to expand/list all all emails in a thread/conversation, but it's no longer there. I'm using Column Layout.
Any ideas?

Do you have "Organize by Conversation" selected under the View menu?
When I have that selected, I see the disclosure button to expand the conversation.
But if that is not selected, that column and buttons go away.

Thank you for the tip. Playing with that setting actually solved it.
I actually had Organize by Conversation selected and the arrow wasn't there.
I turned it off and then back on and, lo and behold, there it is again!
