iPhone 12 pro touch screen issues

Hi all!

I just bought the 12 pro 3 weeks ago. While at the Att store, before leaving, I also bought a rubber case and glass template.

I have been experiencing touch screen issues. If I am researching and I go to press the “read more” button, it does not respond.

Has anyone else had this issue??

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF). 


Your iPhone 12 Pro is less than one year old and is therefore covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty (US) so have it examined at the Apple Store or at an authorized service center and take advantage of it. If the stores are closed then please contact ➔ Apple Support
