iPhone Notes problems

I reset my notes password and hint but still cant opened the locked notes even after so many tries. And it still comes with the same hint.

how can I open these notes?

what can I do ?

When you reset the password for locked notes that only affects new notes, not old ones that were already locked. If you don't remember the password that you used when you originally locked them then you won't be able to recover those notes.
