Air Pod Pro Press and Hold Issue

Press and Hold Settings for AirPods Pro, the option to select 'noise cancellation' or 'Siri' in the right and left pod, do not maintain their selection to choose 'Siri'.

With each use, the setting resets back to the default option of selecting of 'noise control'.

If this is a bug, where can I report this to Apple?

Same issue here. Had this problem since IOS14 was released. Spent countless hours on the phone to Apple, replaced both AirPod Pro's and was hoping IOS14.3 would resolve. Still no fix. Time to sell them on and buy a competitors earplug that "just works"!!! Totally lost faith in Apple. With every OS release they introduce more and more bugs and then take months and months to resolve.......if ever.

Standards are not what they used to be. The world makes garbage heaps of bad products. Apple is still the best of them but not because its quality is obvious or its usablity so attentive. "Just works" is a by-gone tag line of Apple. Take this example: Apple sells millions of AirPod Pros (as you know, they are not cheap) and only a few people notice this problem, notice it enough to bring it to the attention of Apple on this forum. Doesn't that strike you? The world audience spends billions on Apple. Why would Apple care if no one else does. The definition of 'great product' has changed.

It always amazing me that things like this get out of beta and that so few people report issues like this. I don't blame Apple. I can understand that these things are complicated. Tells me that people and Apple just don't care. It certainly doesn't hurt Apple business margins. Neither would paying beta testers to ensure some accountability. I already check out my own grcoeries. Making sure Apple products work the way they are supposed to is not my job. Whose-ever job it is- it not conscientious.
