Magic Mouse 2 connectivity problems

I recently bought a Magic Mouse 2. Its been thirty days with me and am starting to notice it stops working suddenly. The screen arrow freezes and it will take a bit of moving the mouse left and right to wake it up. Am guessing this is a connectivity issue. When the bluetooth connection is disturbed, it becomes erratic. Am running on a 2011 iMac on High Sierra. Anyone having the same problem? Open to solutions before I return this mouse and opt for the older one which to me is bug free

Magic Mouse dying symptoms? In the past week, I've had problems getting my Magic Mouse (1) to connect to my Mac Pro. Once it's connected it works great, but it's a struggle to get that handshake at boot time or waking from sleep. I'm trying to determine whether this is a normal symptom of a device dying after 10 years of service or if the problem is somewhere else in the setup. But using another device to go to the Bluetooth menu > Device > Mouse > Connect worked. Eventually that method failed and I had to reset bluetooth, forget all devices, and try different methods to eventually get the mouse to reconnect. At that time, I noticed the following error in Bluetooth Explorer: updateChainPower error: -3903. But not sure if it's related to the problem or if it's been there all along. So I'm trying to identify the most likely culprit: the mouse, the dongle, or a software issue.

Apple Magic Mouse 2 not being detected via bluetooth by MacBook Air 13-inch early 2015, with OS Big Sur 11.6.2 Hello Community! Wishing all of you a very Happy New Year and hoping that you are keeping well and safe ! I request your help regarding the Magic Mouse 2 which suddenly stopped working yesterday. It's about 4 years old and was working perfectly fine till yesterday morning, when it refused to connect. I tried switching the mouse off and on, restarted my Mac, connected the mouse to the Mac with the USB cable to charge it, removed the mouse from the list of bluetooth devices to try and pair it again....but now I am really stuck ! When I am connecting the Mouse to the Mac with the USB cable, the Mac screen is displaying a 100% charge status for the mouse and is also displaying "Mouse Off" when I am switching it off. However, unfortunately, my Mac refuses to recognise the mouse to be able to pair it agin when I am switching it on. I tried booting the Mac in the Safe Mode to try pairing, but to no avail. I am using a MacBook Air 13-inch early 2015, with Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.2 Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be really helpful. Thank you Community !

Magic Mouse issue in MacOS Ventura 13.1 Magic Mouse works for 2 weeks. Then it started showing in NERABY DEVICES in Bluetooth When you connect it gets connected for sometime but still does not work. Magic Mouse does not go in MY DEVICES in bluetooth. It only remains in nearby Devices. I thought issue with my Magic Mouse and I purchased a new one. The issue till replicated on the new one too. Also uploaded the image. This seems to be a BUG. I don't know in which update it will be fixed.
