I have an Apple TV subscription. Is Apple TV accessible through Apple TV or an app on my TV?

The current Apple TV app is not available on older iPads with iOS 10. Apple TV+ will be available on all your devices with current/up-to-date software. Apple devices that do not support the current Apple TV app may be able to view Apple TV+ in a browser.
