MagSafe Clear Case Cracked

I bought a clear case with MagSafe for my 12 Pro Max Safe, 1 week later and its already falling apart. I have seen many reports online about this happening, it seems the damage its coming from the sharps new edges on the iPhone 12. There is this tiny cracks/bubbles on the inside corners and NO I have not dropped my phone at all. Apple should pay attention to this claims and recall these clear cases.

I was on the with apple support for an hour but they really did not know how to help me, also they will always tell you that this is due to accidental damage, but really apple, you should listen because this is all over the internet. Currently waiting on apple to call me back see if they will replace it.

I am on my 4th clear case now, and gonna keep on going until they get the silicon mix right. Afraid the original production numbers was pretty large and it will take a bit of time to get new once out to the stores, especially with the price point they use. It is sad to see Apple not rise to the occasion on such a trivial matter. Normally they give beyond great support for i my experience.

oh I have the same issue too and I got mine just two weeks ago. Has somebody notified Apple about the issue? Have they offered a recall or refund?

Leather case arrived today. Fits perfectly, and has the added bonus of the buttons working without having press really hard, they look to be metal and separate to the case.

Mine broke in 2 days not 2 weeks. Just updating that my replacement leather case came and is much better

Mine was approved with a replacement of a Silicone case. Waiting for it to arrive.

I have now given up this product. The new Silicone Case /w MagSafe with color has amazing quality and feel.

I am going to take mine back to an Apple Store next week and see what they can do. Given it is now a known issue I hope they give me a direct replacement?

just did an online chat - showed photos and now a replacement with a silicone case is on the way. they also want to raise an investigation so they can fix it (apparently)
