PROBLEM WITH BEATS STUDIO 3

beats studio 3 - popping sound in right earphone

Hi. I’ve bought brand new pair of Beats Solo 3 headphones about 3 days ago. The sound quality is normal, but there is an issue while on wireless connection. when i turn noise cancellation on Each time audio stops (regardless of the device it is connected to) after 3-5 seconds there is a single popping” noise in the right earphone. like a static noise It isn’t loud but it’s noticeable, sometimes get super loud. It appears every time any i turn on noise cancellation mode (even after the music that played when the headphones are turned on).

Does anyone have had this problem or any solution

Hello NAmin227,

We see that you're hearing a popping noise coming from your Beats Solo 3 headphones. We are happy you reached out to the Apple Support Communities about this issue.

What type of device are your Beats paired to? Is that device up-to-date? If not, update this software. Also, check out this guide for what to do If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted. Does the issue happen within a particular app? What about while using a specific feature on your device?

This info and more can be found here: If your AirPods Pro make crackling or static sounds

If you still need help with your Beats after following these steps, you'll want to Contact Apple for support and service.

Best regards!
