I deleted the iCloud Drive app off of my phone a long time ago. I’ve tried following all the “how-to” articles to put it back on my phone but none of them work to reinstall the actual app on my Home Screen. How do I get the app back if I can’t download it from the App Store?

Why exactly can't you download it from the App Store?
I’m not sure. When I search for “iCloud” or “iCloud Drive” it isn’t listed as an option to download. Instead, it lists other drives like Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft Drive.
