Weird things happening. Is my phone hacked?

so hard to explain this all..

i feel like my phone is hacked.

a few months ago I opened my phone and instead of the Home Screen opening the phone screen was ‘open’ with a name at the top...a strange name...I have the date and named saved.

and now my dock often will turn black -I am trying to pay closer attention to when this happens -it seems to coincide with phone use. When this happens my phone gets hot...HOT!!

Also the phone seems to ‘double up’ -again not sure how to explain it.

For instance when I turn it on/off, the Apple symbol ‘blinks’ when I restart the phone, when I send a picture a grey ‘film’ ‘slides up’ the photo prior to sending (usually in messenger with one person I think). Again trying to pay closer attention to when it happens.

When I sign into things I seem to have to do it twice.

help?
