Apple Watch activity rings do not sync with the workouts

My iWatch workouts will show the accurate time worked out but the Activity rings do not sync with the workouts. Two days in a row I have had this issue. I turned off the tracking and turned both devices off at the same time. Restarted my phone and then my iWatch and turned tracking back on. Yesterday it helped and increased my activity stats a little but did not sync them entirely. Today it did not work at all. Today I worked out for an hour and 17 minutes plus but my activity tracker only shows 55 minutes

Hello Kpergolino,

We understand your Apple Watch activity rings are not syncing. To clarify, does this happen with all rings (Stand, Move and Exercise) or a certain ring? Do your rings appear differently on your iPhone?

To start, make sure that your health data is correct. If needed, reference Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch.

Your Apple Watch should give you credit toward your Exercise and Move goals for every full minute or movement that equals or exceeds the intensity of a brisk walk. If the intensity of your workout doesn't meet that criteria, you may see that those minutes weren't counted. Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch has further details.

If the same behavior occurs after reviewing the articles above, Contact Apple Support.

Cheers!
