iTunes request for improvements

I would like to see the following usability improvements to iTunes windows

1) the automatic backup then sync is done in the incorrect order, The sync should always be done first, and if successful then to the backup. Why do the backup before sync is successful? This is insane.

2) provide a clear choice to do the backup after sync if desired.

3) have and option to skip photos and videos for the backup. Most people rely on other methods for backing up photos and videos, having iTunes also back them up is a waste of time and disk space, especially if you have thousands of photos on your device.

4) have a option to automatically skip duplicate songs when syncing rather than throwing errors for duplicates, and all the unknown errors, like -54 etc. keeping a log of the errors would be better than having pop ups continually.

I’m sure there are many other possible improvements, but this would be a good start.
