Where are screenshots saved on Big Sur?

Ive noticed since Big Sur came out any screenshot I take is not appearing on the desktop. Where are they going, why have you changed such a simple feature?


If you're going to change it at least give a warning on the screen saying they are being relocated. Simple incompetence.

Apple need outside people to look over what they do as, insiders are familiar with what they are doing/changing, which kind of misses the point as, the customers are the ones paying for everything and need to know how to use it.


You are right, it is arrogance, and blindness to the fact that Apple’s own familiarity breeds contempt. It takes up a lot of time sorting out what has been removed, put elsewhere etc., with no indication on each new OSX and update 😀
