I purchased minecraft for my child before she had her own account. My child now has her own family account. She can't download the purchase I have already paid for. Very difficult to find any help from apple webpages. I have a prepaid phone so can't even ring for help. Cannot believe a company as big as apple does not seem to care about their customers and make it easy to be contacted, like all the other i have used..
