Generally no. Especially if the phone requires replacing. Apple ONLY replaces iPhone with the exact model and version you purchased. iPhone is sold by region. Apple in China will not have a phone matching the one you purchased in the US, so if you need to use AppleCare+ in China, you would have needed to buy the phone in China and the plan in China.
